Chocolate Ball Mill Refiner

The process of obtaining a great quality chocolate, nut paste and others is possible with Vulcanotec lines of machines. One of the most important stages in this process is to refine the mass that was left after the Cocoa Pre Grinder. The Chocolate Ball Refiner was created to improve and prepare future chocolate to the next stage – Conche machine.
Basically, the Refiner mixes the cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter or any other ingredients together.
The perfect mixture is achieved by the system of stirrers, metal balls – metallic spheres with the temperature control and the pump, which allows to recirculate and to repeat the process for several times until the mass becomes even.
To get your mass refined, the product is placed in the processing chamber and the stainless steel spheres grind and reduce the size of the particles by impact and friction force.
The environment inside the Refiner is controlled, so the temperature does not increase and prevents the chocolate of being burnt.
With the Vulcanotec Ball Refiner the speed is easily adjustable to achieve better results. Recirculation system allows chocolate to be pumped from the base of the Refiner to the top, ensuring the movement of the chocolate, cream or paste. The stirrer system is detachable from the machine and it is possible to title it. Every detail was thought out for easier exploitation.
The Refiner has 2 product outlets – the lower part by screw conveyor and the upper part by pump (recirculation system). The machine is available in 3 models, which will allow all types of manufacturers to use the machine for different purposes.

- REB 30 – 30 kg/batch – 5 kW
- REB 75 – 75 kg/batch – 15 kW
